The following general terms and conditions apply to all offers and deliveries made by Active Peptide Company.
Terms of Sales Agreement
Active Peptide Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order for products or free samples.
It is understood that all products or samples purchased here will be handled only by qualified professionals from commercial entities, including cosmetic companies, institutes, or distributors.
All of the products from Active Peptide Company are intended for topical use only unless otherwise explicitly stated. The products for sale here are not intended for human ingestion or use in products that may be ingested. Notification of Defects
Any defect in the products must be intimated to Active Peptide Company in writing within two weeks from its receipt by the Customer. Otherwise, such consignment must be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer. Active Peptide Company must give a written agreement before being obliged to accept returned products. Active Peptide Company shall have absolute discretion in choosing to replace the products or refund the purchase price.
Indemnification:
In no event shall Active Peptide Company or any of its affiliates be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether the purchaser’s claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
In consideration of the sale of the product to the purchaser, which sales we would not otherwise make, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Active Peptide Company, harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of purchaser’s handling and/or use of any product sold here, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance no matter what its origination.
