Shipping Policy
Products are shipped either from the Boston office of Active Peptide Company or the company’s manufacturing facility in China, based on a customer’s shipping address. Shipping charges are added to the invoice. Active Peptide Company typically ships with UPS or comparable services, including DHL, FedEx and USPS. We will accommodate special shipping needs as requested.
Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination, and shipping method.
International Shipping: Rates are calculated based on several factors, including desired service level, the weight of the item, and the cost of shipping, handling, and customs clearance from the US to the destination country/region.

During a certain period, we might provide Shipping Promotional Offers for specific products to bring more value to customers.
Warrants, Returns, and Exchanges
Active Peptide Company warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and quality and will reasonably conform to the product description that accompanies each product, for a period of two weeks from the product’s arrival date. If a product has a defect during the Warranty Period, Active Peptide Company will either refund the purchase price of the product to the Buyer or replace such product. We will do our best to resolve problems our customers might have, and to satisfy each and every customer. To properly make a warranty claim, the Buyer must contact Active Peptide Company through the email sales@activepeptide.com before the expiration of the Warranty Period.
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. The Active Peptide Company Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.
ACTIVE PEPTIDE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, LOST EXPENSES, PROFITS OR REVENUE, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES.
If the customer is not present to pick up the package, and the mail carrier leaves a notice, it will be considered “delivered.” We are not responsible if the customer is not home or does not provide the correct address. In these circumstances, the package would be the customer’s responsibility.
Pricing Policy
Active Peptide Company may update prices due to changing market conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Product Update or Discontinuation Policy
Active Peptide Company endeavors to notify customers regarding product updates or discontinuations. However, in the event that customers are unaware of such updates or discontinuations, Active Peptide Company shall not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
Payment
For domestic purchases, the payment term is usually net 30 days for clients with satisfactory credit history with us. Otherwise, the payment term is pre-paid by check, bank wire transfer or credit card. For international purchases, we ship the item after receiving payment.
Accounts unpaid past 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 5% per month on the unpaid balance.
